Dear Community,

As the heat quickly picks up, we are aware of the parking challenges around Al Quoz and how it may hinder visits to the Avenue. To support our audiences and ensure they can still visit the Avenue at ease, we are offering a 2-hour complimentary valet parking service starting this week.

Here’s how it will work:

Valet stations will be located at both the Main and First Al Khail Road entrances.
Visitors using the valet service will receive up to two hours of free parking.
Tickets must be stamped with a community member logo/brand to receive the complimentary parking.
Guests will pay for each additional hour at the standard rate of AED 35.
The complimentary service will be available from 1pm – 5pm daily, including weekends.

We believe in empowering each community member to decide how they would like to use the service (minimum spend, VIP guests only, etc.). We kindly request your cooperation in using the service selectively to avoid overloading our resources and disrupting the operation.

In addition to the valet service, Tuk Tuks will roam the Avenue to pick up and drop off guests at various locations around the Avenue.

We will promote the service on our social channels and share assets with you in the next couple of days so that you can also share on your channels, ensuring a unified message.
