Strength is at the heart of every KARVE class. Our Transformer Pilates uses the resistance of the KARVE machine to build functional, full-body strength — long, lean muscle, better posture and a stronger core — in low-impact 50-minute sessions suitable for all levels, including beginners.

What is strength training and why it matters

Strength training works your muscles against resistance to build strength, tone and endurance. Beyond a stronger body, it improves posture, bone density, metabolism and everyday functional movement.

KARVE delivers this through controlled, resistance-based movement on the reformer — effective, scalable, and far gentler on the joints than heavy free weights.

Functional, full-body strength

Rather than isolating single muscles, KARVE builds functional strength across the whole body — core, glutes, legs, back and arms — so you move better in and out of the studio.

The spring-based resistance is fully adjustable, so you progress at your own pace under expert guidance.
