KARVE is a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Dubai’s arts district, Alserkal Avenue. Our classes are built around resistance-based machines and guided by expert trainers in intimate group settings — a full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise so you leave feeling taller, stronger and calmer.

You’ll find us at Unit H70, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz 1 — easy to reach from Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina and Al Wasl.

Arrive five minutes early for new-client setup. Your trainer will walk you through the machine and the flow, then take you through 50 minutes of controlled, resistance-based movement, finishing with breathwork to reset.

Classes welcome all levels — the intensity scales to you, whether it’s your first reformer class or your hundredth.

Every class is led by trained instructors who coach your form, pace and resistance throughout the session — high intensity, low impact, so you build strength without the stress of traditional high-impact training.

KARVE takes the principles of reformer Pilates and raises the intensity with our signature Transformer method. Instead of a slow, studio-only format, each 50-minute class blends resistance-based movement, controlled strength work, music and breathwork into one focused experience.

The result is a workout that challenges your core, glutes, arms and posture while staying low impact on the joints — you leave feeling stronger, taller and calmer.
