Every class is 50 minutes on the KARVE Transformer, led by an instructor certified in our method. Book with a single class credit, a class pack or a membership — see memberships and packs. You can cancel or move a booking up to 12 hours before class.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early for a short introduction to the Transformer — classes start exactly on time. Grip socks are required and available to buy in studio. Read the first-timer guide for what to wear and what to expect, or start with the beginners page.
